Architecture Workroom is a centre for innovation in architecture and urbanism and a laboratory for design research. We aim to explore the capacity of spatial design to respond to major societal challenges. Our activities focus on the supporting role of speculative architectural design for urban policy and the actors within the architectural practice. It is a platform where visions can be developed through exchange of knowledge and debate. We position our activities in the gap between a rapidly changing urbanity and the lack of architectural models and principles that can provide a visionary response to the developmental necessities of the contemporary city.
